If you are a NDIS support coordinator you can complete our referral form and we will find a suitable therapist for your participant and get them booked in for their first session.
There are no out of pocket costs to you if you are a plan managed NDIS participant. Simply choose your therapist and book your first session. During the booking process we will ask for your NDIS details and take it from there.
Psychology and counselling can be covered in an NDIS plan under 'Capacity Building', which includes Improved Daily Living.
We support self-managed and plan managed NDIS participants.
When you book a telehealth session with one of our therapists we will provide you with a secure video link which makes it easy to join your session. Telehealth therapy removes the need for your participant to travel and is just as effective as in-person therapy.
If your participant is looking for a therapist near to them you can use our search filters to find a therapist who is available in your location.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support for people with permanent and significant disabilities to help them achieve their goals, increase their independence and participation in the community, and improve their overall quality of life. It aims to provide funding for a range of services that are tailored to the individual's needs and goals, including therapy, equipment, and home modifications.
Finding the closest NDIS psychologist or counsellor that has experience with NDIS participants and has availability near your participant is hard. If you want to find and connect with a NDIS psychologist near you today, Talked allows you to search, book and speak with a NDIS psychologist or counsellor near your participant at times which work with their schedule.
If you wish to learn about how Talked can help you find the right NDIS psychologist near your participant we have created dedicated support articles to help guide you through the process.
