Who are the therapist and how do they work?

Our therapists are qualified and experienced professionals, including general psychologists, clinical psychologists and counsellors - all registered with AHPRA or their respective professional bodies.

What makes Talked different from traditional EAPs is that employees can choose their own therapist based on their preferences and needs. They’re not just randomly assigned someone. Once they find a good fit, they can continue seeing the same therapist across sessions to build a strong therapeutic relationship.

Is it confidential for my employees?

Absolutely. We take privacy and confidentiality very seriously and protect your teams privacy and data using industry leading security practices and end-to-end encryption.

We never show or report who is using the service and we will never share any personal information with you. All data used to generate insights and reports is from anonymised and aggregated data.

Are you ISO-27001 certified?

Yes, we are ISO-27001 certified. We take security and privacy very seriously and have implemented a comprehensive information security management system (ISMS) to protect your data. We are also compliant with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and ensure that your data is handled in accordance with the highest standards of privacy and security.

Do you provide additional services, such as manager training?

The core of our service is providing high-quality therapy, which is why do not offer those additional services as standard, so that we can focus on providing mental health support for your employees in a cost effective way.
