How does the pricing work?

Talked is a pay-as-you-go platform, meaning you only pay for the therapy sessions that your team uses. We show an estimated monthly cost based on your team size, but you will only be charged for the sessions that are actually used.

You can also enable add-on features to enhance your team’s experience and support. These are charged at a fixed monthly cost and will be available to all employees.

Our pricing estimate is based on a 5% utilisation rate with each employee receiving 3 therapy sessions per year. The cost per therapy session with a qualified psychologist is $195 + GST.

Is there a monthly cost?

There’s no monthly fee for access to therapy sessions - you only pay for the sessions your team actually uses. While we show an estimated monthly cost, you’ll only be invoiced at the end of each month based on actual usage.

You can also choose to enable optional add-on features to enhance the experience and support available to your team, each charged at a low monthly rate.

How does Beyond EAP differ from traditional EAP pricing?

Traditional EAPs often charge a fixed fee per employee, whether they use the service or not. With Beyond EAP, you only pay for the sessions your team actually uses. It’s a more flexible, pay-as-you-go model designed to be cost-effective and scalable, with optional add-ons if you need them.

In addition to this, traditional EAPs charge for bundled extras like hotlines and resources, even if unused. Beyond EAP lets you choose and pay only for the features you need.
