There are no lock in contracts, no annual fees, no subscriptions, no payments per employee. Additionally, unlike traditional EAPs (and even some more modern solutions), Talked does not hide its pricing behind a "request for a proposal" or "request for a quote". Instead, we are transparent in the fact we charge a flat fee of $195 per session and only charge for what is used each month.

Who are the therapists?

All our therapists are qualified and experienced mental health practitioners, including psychologists, counselors, psychotherapists, and social workers. Each therapist undergoes a strict vetting process and meets high standards before joining our team. They are registered with their respective professional bodies: our psychologists are AHPRA registered (both general and clinical), counselors hold ACA (level 3+) or PACFA (clinical) registration, and mental health social workers are registered with AASW.

Is it confidential for my employees?

Absolutely. We prioritise privacy and confidentiality, safeguarding your team’s data with industry-leading security measures and end-to-end encryption. We never disclose or report who is using the service and will never share any personal information with you. All data used for insights and reports is anonymised and aggregated.
