Talked

Got questions?
We've got answers.

Is Talked for Teams an EAP?

Talked is a modern alternative to an EAP. Where a traditional EAP will just connect you with any therapist by a phone call, we are focused on bringing meaningful and effective mental health support to employees through our purpose built platform.

Talked makes it incredibly easy for your employees to engage with our therapists and they can choose which therapist they feel is the best fit for them, and stick with that therapist for many sessions.

Where traditional EAPs lock you in to 12 month contracts, we believe that pricing should be fair and transparent. We don't force any lock-in contracts or hefty subscription fees, as we believe you should only pay for what is actually used.

Who are the therapists?

All our therapists are qualified and experienced mental health practitioners. Our team is made up of psychologists, counsellors, psychotherapists and social workers.

Our therapists go through a strict vetting process and must reach a high standard before joining our team. Each therapist is registered with their respective professional body, which includes:

  • All our psychologists are AHPRA registered and are both general and clinicial psychologists.
  • All our counsellors are registered with either ACA (level 3+) or PACFA (clinical membership).
  • All our mental health social workers are registered with AASW.

Is it confidential for my employees?

Absolutely. We take privacy and confidentiality very seriously and protect your teams privacy and data using industry leading security practices and end-to-end encryption.

We never show or report who is using the service and we will never share any personal information with you. All data used to generate insights and reports is from anonymised and aggregated data.

Do you provide services in-addition to therapy?

The core of an EAP is providing high-quality therapy, but the additional, often unused, services still cost companies thousands each year.

This is why do not offer those additional services as standard, so that we can focus on providing mental health support for your employees in a cost effective way.

However, if you are requiring services such as, webinars, on-site visits, or mental health first aid training please let us know and we may be able to accomodate.

Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
