How do I claim my rebate from Westfund?
Once you have chosen a Westfund approved psychologist near you, you can easily and simply schedule to speak with an online psychologist at your preferred time. On Talked, we require payment for the appointment upfront, after which you can download the invoice andsubmit your claim directly with Westfund. Are psychologists covered by Westfund?
Yes, you may claim a rebate from Westfund when booking with an online psychology session through Talked, as long as the psychologist is an approved Westfund provider. We ensure that all our psychologists are Westfund approved psychologists. That way you can feel reassured that when you make your psychology claim you will receive your rebate.
Do I need a referral to claim my rebate with Westfund?
Westfund does not require you to obtain a GP referral to claim your clinical psychology rebate from Westfund. After you have completed a psychology session with a Westfund psychologist on Talked, we will provide you with all the details to then claim your rebate.
Can I claim a rebate from Westfund and Medicare?
If you claim a rebate from Westfund, you cannot also claim from Medicare. To make a Medicare claim , you must have spoken with your GP and obtained a mental health treatment plan and a referral .
